Our Team Leader, Donna Harrington, became a full-time Realtor in 2007 during a difficult market and quickly grew her business to become a Top Producing Agent in the Salisbury office. With the continued growth of her client base and repeat client referrals, in 2019 Donna expanded her business to encompass a Real Estate Team comprised of agents she’s worked with throughout her career, and with the addition of newer agents to bring fresh ideas and a broad range of skill sets.

Joining the team is Donna’s sister, Christina Hadder-Weigand, who’s worked alongside Donna for over a decade, along with licensed Buyers/Sellers Agents -Amanda Tingle, Megan Chesser, Heather Smith, Amanda Manning, Kyle Jerkins, Rachel Shumaker & our exclusive Western Shore agent, Douglas Brown, who covers several counties on the western shores of the Bay Bridge.  Our team’s unique team structure has allowed us to realize careful growth of the team and by adding administrative support staff, this has ensured our team members can focus on their client’s needs first and foremost.  Our full-time Transaction Coordinator, Amber Waller, full-time Inside Sales Association, Hanna Harrington, and our Marketing Team all work together supporting our clients and agents to get the best results for our clients.
